We are proud to present Version 6.0 of CLCD Enterprise,our flagship product. This version is technically the most advanced product we have delivered, and with the following powerful features, we hope to continue to delight our users.

 

NEW TECHNOLOGY
Enterprise 6.0 completes a significant phase for CLCD, where we built new technology that leverages Machine Learning, an important part of Artificial Intelligence, built on our comprehensive and in-depth content. CLCD uses cutting edge technologies in its system developed by our dedicated engineering team while our application designers and usability experts work to conceal the complexity behind well-designed interfaces. This makes the task of sifting through millions of titles and tens of millions of data-points as simple as a keyword search or a click and allows us to continue providing clients with the most comprehensive resources.

 

NEW DESIGN
Our interface is now updated with an improved look and feel. This new look also aligns Enterprise with our latest products  QuickFind K-12 and soon to come STEM literature database. Users will feel comfortable with the interface since it provides all the power we have always had but in a fresh new way. Moving between products is now a cinch since users will find similarities easy to navigate.

 

AWARDS INTERFACE
This version also introduces a new Awards Interface that we had initially planned for Version 5.0. As we built the first version, our initial users came back unimpressed with what we had created. Listening to our users, we went back to the whiteboard and started the design from scratch. With over 1000+ international and national awards in the database, this awards interface allows users to explore awards going back to when the award was presented for the first time to present. We are delighted with the new design and simplicity of the presentation and hope clients are too. Users can explore over 150,000 award and nominee notations via this attractive and clean interface and can explore the data by partial award name, state, or the country where the award originated. Further enhancements will come with future new releases.

 

LOCAL COLLECTION SEARCH
This powerful feature is now more apparent and allows users to quickly limit a search to just their collection. In addition to overlaying Enterprise features with libraries’ records, libraries can now upload their own catalog name and icon for their collection items. This unique customization replaces the red heart icon that CLCD has used in the past. This customization is easy to use and an excellent way for users to find books in their library’s collection.
